My Hobbies include drawing, videogames, Rachel, anime, playing guitar, hanging out with friends, writing poetry/songs, god, and theology. I am a very deep person, or so I have been told. In the summer, I like to walk to an area of the woods behind my house, and lay in the soft grass while watching the clouds blow over. I really like Thunderstoms, and my favorite look any of the seasons have to offer is when all the tree's are frozen with ice. In the winter, I like snowbaording, spring I like to hike, and summer being out in the sun at the lake with my friends. We go to this place known as the oval and have parties. I didn't say fall because i hate fall. I hate death. Fall is ugly after the leaves go, and everything is dead. Even the air. I hide during this time. My goals are to become a Web Designer and GraphX Artist. I want to one day publish my own comic and productions site. Wednesday, February 04, 2004 HAPPY BIRTHDAY CHARITY
I dedicate this blog entry to Charity. It was her 18th birthday today. It makes me sad when I think about it. I remember meeting her when she was 13. Being her boyfriend when she turned 14 and now watching as she turned into an young adult makes me feel like this last 4 1/2 years flew by. I wish now when I was with her I made the best of the time we did have together. Now, in the last 3 1/2 months I have to share even a room with her, I miss her alot. Not as a girlfriend though. As a sister and best friend. She will always be my Pooka and she will always be the person that spent those long summer nights with me on the church basketball court and her front steps, when I didn't even know that sex before marriage was a sin. She taught me so much about the religious world, and she is what made my morals what they are. I have lost a few, and gained a few. She also tempered my heart so that I would know what love is. Now I have found something to replace what we had, and I know I love her because of it. Many people wonder why I am still there for Charity, after everything. It's because I know the real Charity. Not the one that everyone makes her to be. If you know me, you know that I have the ability to peer into someones soul just by looking into their eyes. I see love and and hope in her eyes. Something I barely see in anyones eyes. For her 18th birthday, I spent $70+ last year on her (and we werent going out). This year, I didn't even have the money to buy her a card. So I wrote her a poem and threw together a picture in photoshop for her. The poem was as follows: I sit and think of my life before you. The way things used to be. I always felt like something was wrong. Then there was you and me. The day I met you, something changed. I never knew love until I saw your eyes. My heart felt like it was just rearranged. It made me want to cry. One day came pointless fighting and hate. Then a day I looked into those eyes. I still don’t want to believe it now, We weren’t made to be, I realized. To this day I wonder what drew me to you Even now it brings me tears something different something magical. With you I had no fears. And now as I look back on these years I shed a tear and a smile on my face You were the best of my high school life Something that I cannot erase. Now I know why god sent you to me, And now you know too. You changed my life for the good and forever So Happy 18th to you. So happy birthday Charity. I wish you the best of luck and the happiest of the future for after High School, we may never see each other again. (She is moving to Canada). We may get lucky, and if you stop in and see mom (she lives a mile down the road from me now) she can let me know your in town. *sniffles* She is all grown up.... Blogged by Marcus Morris at 9:01 PM
